At PMIVCare, we value your time and our clinical team’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality mobile wellness services. Because our treatments require preparation, scheduling, and the use of medical supplies, the following Refund Policy applies:
1. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before your appointment:
No cancellation fee will be charged. -
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment:
A $50 cancellation fee may apply to cover clinician time and reserved materials.
3. No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment or are not available when our clinician arrives, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, as medical supplies and appointment time have already been allocated.
4. Refunds for Services

Once treatment has begun, all sales are final.
IV fluids, vitamins, injections, and medical supplies cannot be reused or returned once opened or administered; therefore, refunds cannot be issued after the service is initiated. -
If a treatment cannot be performed due to a clinical contraindication identified by our staff during assessment, you may receive:

A full refund, or

A credit to reschedule your appointment, at your choice.

5. Prepaid Sessions, Packages, or Memberships

Prepaid sessions or packages that have not been used may be:

Applied as a credit toward future services, or

Refunded minus a 10% processing fee, if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Expired packages or unused credits are non-refundable.
6. Mobile Service Issues
If our clinician cannot safely provide services due to environmental conditions (unsanitary, unsafe, aggressive pets, etc.), the appointment may be canceled at our discretion and may be subject to a travel or cancellation fee.
7. Product Sales
All vitamin products, supplements, and retail wellness items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered or opened.
8. Weather, Traffic, or Operational Delays
If PMIVCare must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, emergencies), you will receive priority rescheduling at the earliest available time. No fees will be charged.
